Happy Republic Day 2022! This is our 73rd Republic Day of India, on January 26, 2022. India, our beloved Nation, remained a British colony for almost 250 years. It was called Sone ki chidiya in those times as we contributed a third of global GDP. We enjoy a lot of freedom today, and travel is one of those.

Think of those times, when our colonial masters could slam any restrictions on our freedoms. It took a long struggle to get all those freedoms, and in today’s era, we can enjoy travel, not just inside our states, but all over India. It was the dawn of January 26th, 1950, when the command of the Nation was vested to us, Indians, the countrymen.

The very meaning of Republic is that the head of our nation would be chosen by us and We proclaimed Sovereignty. Let us celebrate this republic day by traveling to those destinations which remind us of the struggle and reminiscing about the dawn of January the 26th.
